GUIDELINES

Whitetail Lodge is located in the pristine Northridge at Camelback community. This community has several rules that are frequently monitored and strictly enforced with significant fines for violations. If the following list does not align with your plans, Whitetail Lodge will not be a good fit.

01

CAPACITY 
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 10 guests.

 

 


 

02

TRASH
Do not put trash anywhere outside. Bags may be temporarily stored inside the porch shed but must be dumped in the compactor on Camelback Drive near the Community Center. (Compactor keypad is not operational; simply turn handle to open door).

 

 


03

PARKING
Do not park more than 4 vehicles in the driveway. All additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot on Camelback Drive near the Community Center. All license plate numbers must be provided to owner prior to arrival.

QUIET TIME
Please respect our neighbors, particularly during the hours of 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

NO SMOKING
Do not smoke anywhere inside the unit,
on the balcony, or on the front porch.

NO FIREWORKS
Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, are prohibited within the community.

NO PETS
Do not bring any animals.

NO OPEN FIRES

Fires of any kind on the ground and decks are prohibited. This includes campfires and fire pits.

HUNTING

No Hunting & Firearms

DRONES

No Drones
